Expanded Silicone Sponge
SAMCO®expanded silicone offers designers a versatile sponge rubber product capable of withstanding temperatures from -60°C to 200°C continuous. SAMCO® silicone sponge is also suited to fire sensitive applications, offering low levels of smoke and toxic gas during a fire situation. Approved to AFNOR and London Underground specifications, can be used for IP rated seals. The general appearance of expanded silicone is of a fine closed cell structure with a low degree of moisture absorption encapsulated by a soft, smooth outer skin. Colour variations are available to choice at additional cost, standard manufacture and stock material in off-white. Silicone sponge sheet available as ex-stock 1.6mm to 25mm thick. Sponge cord and sponge sections available ex-stock and made to order.

pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing. To minimum order.
